A remake of the wooden folding beds used by the military in WWII.
The fabric is made of Sashiko, which is mainly used for Judo uniforms (bag included).
The logo on the round leather tag and illustration on the exclusively made bag were all designed by a designer located in Los Angeles, Eric Junker.
An artist and designer that channels his restless energy into creating art and design inspired by the colliding energies of his life in the city and his passion for nature and life on the road. His murals can be found throughout Southern California, and as far as Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, Mexico, Costa Rica, and New York City.
In his interdisciplinary creative practice, he contributes design, art, and ideas to client rosters which include: The GAP, Oculus, TOMS, Patagonia, SeaVees, Topo Chico U.S.A., and the Los Angeles Center Theatre Group.
