納期
オリジナル商品に関しては全て、受注生産品となっております。通常2～3週間にてお客様にお届け可能ですが、弊社スタッフまでお問い合わせください。
アンティークや、アクセサリー等は一点物が多数ございますので、随時ご確認願います。
配送費
配送が日本国内の場合、商品の配送地区、商品内容及びセッティング、残材処理の有無により全て別途見積もりをさせて頂いた上で、実費をご負担いただきます。
配送が日本国内の場合、配送料金は、玄関先渡し（セッティング、ダンボール等の処理は出来ません）と、おおよその配達時間の指定、セッティング、ダンボール等の処理まで全てを行う配送を選択いただけます。
ソファなどの大型商品はお住まいの玄関や廊下、エレベーター、階段から搬入が可能な事を入念にチェック願います。
（約40％が搬入が不可能なケースがございます。）
配送事故・不良品
配送中の破損、商品の瑕疵があった場合は商品到着後3日までに必ずご連絡ください。
配送中の事故の場合に関しては梱包が残っておりませんと、運送事故扱いにならず保険が適用されませんので、必ず梱包等は破棄せず保管してください。
キャンセル
ご注文後のキャンセルは商品の特性上、出来かねますので充分にご注意願います。搬入が不可能な場合でも同様です。
クレーム・返品
返品は弊社のミスによる商品の場合に限らせていただきます。この場合、返品にかかる送料や再配送は全額弊社にて負担頂します。
商品の不良品が原因での返品にかかる送料や再配送についても全額弊社が負担致します。
ご注意
天然木を使用しております商品につきましては、使用する材を厳選しておりますが、木目やフシ等がカタログやショールーム展示品と異なりますので、予めご了承願います。
直射日光があたる場所や冷暖房器具、加湿器等の吹き出し風が直接あたる場所、床面が水平では無い場所でのご使用は、製品にダメージを与える事となりますので、ご注意願います。

TERM FOR DELIVERY
Our original product is all BTO (Built To Order) basically. We usually deliver within 2 to 3 weeks in Japanese domestic area. For overseas delivery, please contact to our staff to make a shipping schedule and charge. Especially, making schedule is a must for rare product like antiques and accesorries.
DELIVERY CHARGE
Shipping for Japanese domestic.
Actual shipping expense estimated with area, content, with or without setting, remainder material transaction would be incurred.
You can choose shipping from eather simple shipping(no setting and no remainder material transaction) or optioned shipping (shipping time, setting, remainder material transaction).
Please check your entrance, stairs, corridor or any aisle passing for install large products such as sofas, table, shelves. Notice, about 40% of installation is unsuccesfull in Japan.
Additional expense for delivery by ship and clating using FEDEX, DHL and UPS would be charged within Japanese domestic area.
Shipping for outside of Japan.

SHIPPING ACCIDENTS＆DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Please call if you have breackage during shipping, proudct defection within 3days right after the product is delivered.
Packing or stowage is an important proof for appliying insurance in case of accindent during shipping, so please keep the package with your product with you.
CANCELLATION
Basically, cancellation is not accepted. Same situation is applied for failure of installation.
CLAIMS & RETURN
Returning policy is applied for our miss transaction only. In case of returning, expense for shipping and reshipping is all incurred by COMPLEX.
Any other sale merchandise purchased at sale price is final sale only and can not returned.
NOTICE
Precise grain and small knotholes of any woods seen in our showroom can not be guaranteed to be identical to merchandise delivered.
This is inherent to the natural materials that we use to manufacture our products. Please avoid excessive heat, direct sunlight and placing on uneven floor as these will damege the products.
PROHIBIT
